Authorizations & policies

I hereby authorize the Pacific Childcare caregiver(s) to take any necessary measures to ensure the child’s well-being in case of illness, accident, or medical emergency. If needed, the caregiver has permission to take the child to the nearest medical center.

I release and agree to indemnify Caring Hands S.A., the owner of Pacific Childcare, and its administrators and employees from any liability claims arising from the child’s care.

I acknowledge and accept that Caring Hands S.A. is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages the child may suffer while under the supervision of a Pacific Childcare caregiver.
